The lowest price match guarantee is limited to one price match per product per customer, and does not apply to limited quantity, out-of-stock, deal-of-the-day, markdowns, bundles, free gifts, coupon offers, cashback, or seasonal/festival occasions.

2. Order Errors

We may occasionally experience errors such as images, information and prices on the website. In such cases Mo3tamad Phone reserves the right to cancel the order entirely and will do its best to resolve such errors.

If you find a lower price than any of our online competitors in Kuwait, save the website link or screenshot and send it to support@mo3tamad-phone.com.

Mo3tamad Phone tries to be as accurate as possible, but does not guarantee that descriptions are accurate or complete. If a product is not as described, the only remedy is to return it unused.

12. Disputes

Any dispute relating to your use of Mo3tamad Phone or its products will be resolved through binding arbitration instead of court.

Shipping Policy

We offer multiple shipping methods covering all areas of Kuwait, including: 29-minute delivery, Hyper (1 hour), Super Express (2 hours), Express (4 hours), Same-day (24 hours), and Store pickup.

Payment & Refund Methods

We accept various payment methods including KNET, Visa and Cash on Delivery. If we are unable to supply the products we will notify you immediately and a full refund will be issued.

Cash on Delivery

Payment can be made in cash or by card on delivery. Cash payments are made directly to the driver; cheques and gift vouchers are not accepted as an alternative to cash. Cash on delivery may not be available for all products.
