Return & Exchange Policy

At Mo3tamad Phone we are committed to a shopping experience that leaves you fully satisfied. If you wish to return, exchange, or get a refund for a product, we are here to help in every possible way.

Return Policy

1. The return period must not exceed 14 days from the date of receipt.
2. The original invoice/receipt is required for all returns and exchanges; a valid ID is also preferred.
3. The product must not have been opened and must be in its original condition.
4. Returned products must be brand new, with the original packaging, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
5. When returning a promotional product (after the promotion has ended), its promotional value is deducted from the refund.
6. Free gifts received with the purchase must also be returned; if they are not in new condition, additional charges may apply.

Mo3tamad Phone reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange.

Non-returnable Products

• Digital cards such as iTunes, PSN, Xbox and Google Play.
• Consumable products such as batteries.
• Microphones, chargers and similar products.
• Damaged or misused products.
• Products missing accessories such as remotes, cables or wires.
• Opened computer software and video games.

Return Process

1. Repack your product in its original shipping packaging if possible.
2. Include all original packaging materials, manuals and accessories.
3. Make sure the original invoice/receipt is available.
4. Visit any Mo3tamad Phone service center in Kuwait.
5. State the return reason and obtain the report.
6. Present the report to customer service to start the bank refund (takes 7 to 14 days).

More about your refund

The refund is processed through the same payment method used for the original payment and may appear in the next billing cycle after the returned product is verified. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse the request if the return does not comply with our policy.

Your consumer rights

Our terms, conditions and policies are designed with our customers' best interest in mind, and our return and refund policy does not affect your legal consumer rights in any way.
